VAIOT is a European LegalTech company operating in a regulated environment. Their original single-model setup created throughput bottlenecks and weak traceability for legal outputs.
The challenge
A single legal assistant had to draft, review, and explain complex legal outputs across multiple domains. That caused long turnaround times, weak transparency, and unacceptable compliance risk before public launch.
Our approach
Awakast designed a multi-agent architecture with a supervisor agent, legal-domain specialists, confidence scoring, and escalation rules. We paired it with legal RAG and full event logging to produce a regulator-ready trail.
