These terms govern your use of the Awakast website (awakast.com) and our professional services.
Services
Awakast provides software development and AI product development services as described in individual project agreements. Website content is for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer of services.
Intellectual property
Work product created under a project agreement becomes client property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Awakast retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code patterns.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. NDAs are signed before detailed technical discussions. We do not share client information without consent.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts, unless otherwise agreed in a project-specific agreement.
